Ages 7-12 | Second through sixth-grade students
Your child will experience three days of mindfulness-based activities that include self-care tools that will benefit them in all aspects of their life. Additionally, this will help build a strong sense of community.
Activities and tools include Social Emotional Skills (SEL): Empathy, Self-Compassion, Active Listening, and Character Strengthening, plus mindful movement, yoga poses, crafts, and meditation.
Each child will receive tumbled stones. Bring a yoga mat or towel (not required) and a closed water bottle with water only.
Please note parents or guardians are required to bring their child inside to sign in and will need to come inside to sign them out. On the first day of each week, a parent or guardian will need to fill out a registration form. Please arrive at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 26. The cost per child is $60 for all three days.

About Marci
Marci has worked with children for over 40 years. Her background encompasses early childhood education, K-12th grade teacher, K-12 grade exceptional student education (ESE) teaching special needs and at-risk students, as well as working and volunteering her time in various programs such as ARC, UCP, and Children's Hospital and Regional Center.
Additionally, Marci is certified in Trauma-Informed Social Emotional Learning, Trauma-Informed Yoga, mindfulness, and multiple energy healing modalities. She continues her work in both the education and the energy healing field.
