Mindful Movements & Reiki for Kids | Ages 5-12

Your child will experience mindfulness-based activities that include self-care tools that will benefit them in all aspects of their life. They’ll learn about reiki and energy healing, plus they get to take home a craft.

Bring a yoga mat or towel and a closed water bottle with water only. Plus, a sweater or sweatshirt as the room is air-conditioned.

Please drop off your child 15-20 minutes in advance, before 9:45 a.m.


  • Marci has worked with children for over 40 years. Her background encompasses early childhood education, K-12th grade teacher, K-12 grade exceptional student education (ESE) teaching special needs and at-risk students, as well as working and volunteering her time in various programs such as ARC, UCP, Children's Hospital and Regional Center.

    Additionally, Marci is certified in Trauma Informed Social Emotional Learning, Trauma Informed Yoga, mindfulness, and multiple energy healing modalities. She continues her work in both the education and the energy healing field.
