Mindful Movements & Reiki for Kids | Ages 5-12
Your child will experience mindfulness-based activities that include self-care tools that will benefit them in all aspects of their life. They’ll learn about reiki and energy healing, plus they get to take home a craft.

Marci has worked with children for over 40 years. Her background encompasses early childhood education, K-12th grade teacher, K-12 grade exceptional student education (ESE) teaching special needs and at-risk students, as well as working and volunteering her time in various programs such as ARC, UCP, Children's Hospital and Regional Center.
Additionally, Marci is certified in Trauma Informed Social Emotional Learning, Trauma Informed Yoga, mindfulness, and multiple energy healing modalities. She continues her work in both the education and the energy healing field.

Mindful Meditation Using Essential Oils for Chakra Balancing with Marci
Join Marci as she takes you on a guided meditation journey through the seven main chakras. During the guided meditation you will experience the profound gifts of essential oils used as they will enhance the experience of opening your energy centers while nurturing the soul. Participants will receive Reiki energy healing following the guided meditation.
